I have been developing athletes and improving human performance since 2013. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into it or are a professional athlete trying to take your game to the next level my training will take you there.

About Me

The world of sports is full of fierce competition, and you are going to want the best trainer in your corner.
I was a scholarship Division-1 athlete at UCLA, appearing in two NCAA Final Four champions and got my BA in philosophy. After college, I played professional soccer in Iceland.  
Now, I continue to play semi-professional soccer here in Texas as well as football in the Women’s National Football Conference for the Texas Elite Spartans. 
I know what it takes when it comes to building an athlete: confidence, game mentality, speed & quickness, strength, skill, and competence. 
I've coached all levels of athletes with one mission in mind: to help each athlete become their best. If you would like to improve your game and take it to the next level, come and train with me at All In Sports Performance.

Hiring Coach Summer for private lessons was the best decision we made for our 8 year old daughter.  Her ability to connect with Julia and motivate her during sessions was tremendous.  As she continued to get better after each lesson, our daughter was inspired to practice more drills on her own.  Because of Coach Summers training, Julia is now on a club team!  We will 100% continue lessons and highly recommend to any parent wanting their child to improve all skills at soccer.
